What is tooling?
Tooling, also known as machine tooling, is the process of acquiring the manufacturing components and machines needed for production.
The common categories of machine tooling include fixtures, jigs, gauges, molds, dies, cutting equipment and patterns. Proper tooling directly affects output capacity as well as product lifecycle, quality and pricing.
Tooling phase is the project start stage and is very important to have high quality and stable production.
After tool design , tool manufacturing persons make tools according to provided drawing.
Injection Molds:
injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould, or mold. Injection moulding can be performed with a host of materials mainly including metals (for which the process is called die-casting),glasses,elastomers,confections,and most commonly thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers.
Injection mold is the our main tools and our engineers follow the process which defined according to ISO. Fitting and geometric tolerances are key tools to have best assembly and performance of mold.
Casting Molds:
Casting is a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. The solidified part is also known as a casting, which is ejected or broken out of the mold to complete the process.
Beside of mold making for injection we prepare Blanking molds and also casting of Brass and aluminum .
Cutting Tools:
In the context of machining, a cutting tool or cutter is any tool that is used to remove some material from the work piece by means of shear deformation. Cutting may be accomplished by single-point or multipoint tools. Single-point tools are used in turning, shaping, planning and similar operations, and remove material by means of one cutting edge. Milling and drilling tools are often multipoint tools.
Due to machining shop requirements we also design and the cutting tools for lathe and milling machine.
jig and fixtures:
jigs and fixtures are production tools used to accurately manufacture duplicate and interchangeable parts. Jigs and fixtures are specially designed so that large numbers of components can be machined or assembled identically, and to ensure interchangeability of components.
To support the assembly lines, we have to prepare jig and fixture. To reach this target our engineers also design and produce the required jig and fixtures.
